These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the app "Kumiki" (the "App") provided by TKZO ("we"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App may contain paid in-app purchases. Billing and refunds are subject to the Apple App Store terms. You can restore purchases from within the App.
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the App will operate without interruption or be fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Intellectual property rights in the App and related content (design, audio, programs, etc.) belong to us or the respective rights holders. See third-party software notices here.
We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
